Mr. Leobon Gameng held a concentration (minor) in Education while at Boston University.  He was enrolled and attended classes at their School of Education in 2005-2007.  While at the School of Education, he took the following classes:

  • Introduction to Education, Fall 2005
  • Adolescent Psychology, Spring 2006
  • Problem Solving Laboratory (Mathematics Methods), Fall 2006
  • Geometry for Teachers (Mathematics Methods), Spring 2007

In addition to his classwork, Mr. Gameng has student teaching and tutoring experience.  In Fall 2005, Mr. Gameng had a student teaching experience in the Lexington Public Schools (Lexington, MA) at the Harrington School with Mrs. Jane Hussey.  In Spring 2007, Mr. Gameng tutored 10th grade students after school in Biology, English, and Mathematics at the MATCH Charter School.  In these two experiences, Mr. Gameng had encountered students of different socioeconomics, Individual Education Plans, and proficiencies in each subject area.

Mr. Gameng is currently a registered substitute teacher with the Schools of the Archdiocese of Chicago,  Glencoe School District 35, Skokie Schools Consortium, Winnetka Public Schools, Evanston Township High School District 202,  New Trier Township High School District 203, Palatine Township District 211, and Elk Grove Village Township District 214.  Mr. Gameng is looking forward to contracting with additional school districts for more substitute teaching assignments.  His Type 39, Substitute Teacher, 90 days license can be found below.
